Returns Policy and Instructions

We understand that buying goods online, especially clothing can be risky and expectations are sometimes not met. We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not, no problem. 

Unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged for a store credit, within 14 days of purchase. 

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us via retrogogo@bigpond.com if you are not happy with your purchase. We are happy to help.

Please contact us if you have received a faulty or damaged item and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding faulty items).

• Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate).

• Goods received in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of wear whatsoever, covered in pet hair or with a distinct smell will not be refunded.

• The refund amount will be via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only.

If you paid via Credit Card, the funds will be refunded to your card.

If you paid via Bank Deposit, please include your bank account details: Name, BSB, Account Number.

If you paid via PayPal, the funds will either be refunded to your PayPal account or refunded back to your credit card (via PayPal) depending on how you originally paid.

The following details how refunds are credited via PayPal:

Depending on the company that issued your credit card, it might take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid using a credit card, the money is refunded to that credit card. If you paid using your bank account or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account. If you paid using a combination of a credit card and another payment method, the amount paid with a credit card is refunded to that credit card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
