What are your bank deposit details?

See details below - don't forget to use your Surname as a reference when depositing or we won't know who has paid and what for! Retro Au Go Go  (BSB) 484 799 (Account) 604321995 - allow a day or so for it to reach our account if you choose this option.

Can we arrange a local pick up - we live near you?

Unfortunately since our items are shipped direct from a number of different warehouses internationally, we are unable to offer local pickup.

Can I be put on a wish list if you don't have my size in a particular item?

Absolutely! We have a wish list that is constantly changing and evolving and we keep clients on there until their item comes in - there is no obligation to purchase if you have already found it somewhere else or are "over it", so feel free to shoot us a note via email (retrogogo@bigpond.com) and we'll notify you when it's back in stock.

What are the details of your return or exchange policy?

We are absolutely fine with either - all refunds or exchanges need to be mailed to either us here or the warehouse (depending on which country you are in) within 14 days unworn with original tags if tagged. Email us on retrogogo@bigpond with your order number and we will sent instructions.

I have just purchased from you and it shows as having come out of my Paypal account - you have told me the sale did not go through successfully, so why is it not straight back in my account?????

This is the only stressful thing about using Paypal! If for some reason your purchase is unsuccessful, Paypal can take around 2 days for you to see the funds go back in. What makes it equally confusing is that if we process a simple refund, it usually shows instantly. Contact Paypal for full details. We haven't robbed you - promise!

Why won't my payment work? I have plenty of funds in my Paypal account and also plenty of credit limit on my Card!

This is another frustrating one - I am from a banking background, and as far as I know it is probably similar for Paypal and banks - sometimes the connections just get interrupted - I recommend trying a little later.

Do you combine postage costs?

We sure do if the items are coming from the same warehouse send us an email for a quote if you are not sure.

What is your mailing address for my return/exchange? I have lost your postage details.

We will provide the address of the warehouse for the return/exchange once you contact us, so email retrogogo@bigpond.com if this happens.

What happens if the Postal Service loses my parcel?

Aren't they little sausages when they do that? Check out our postage page for details on various tracking sites etc...those sites will have details on what to do...

Who are you guys, anyhow?

I (Bel) am from both a retail and bank management background and my husband (Michael) is from a surfboard manufacturing background. We both have over 30 years experience each in our industries. The only other thing you need to know is that we treat people how we would like to be treated. End of story!

Do you have a store front or a place where we can visit to browse?

Unfortunately no - we are online only.
