General Delivery Times:
Dresses-Approximately 3 weeks (calendar days) if coming from our overseas warehouse. Please ask if you need it by a deadline as we DO offer Express shipping.
Once your tracking number shows a delivery of your order, Retro Au Go Go NOT responsible for your items.
If you have problems after the tracking number shows it was delivered, you'll need to contact your local Post Office for further information.
Please be aware that you, as the customer, are responsible for custom fees to your country, if any.
Returns/Exchanges
We want to instil trust with you and allow you to feel confident when placing your order. We accept returns and exchanges, no questions asked. If you don't love your items, we will initiate a return for you to either exchange or refund them.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be returned in tact in the clear plastic product bag. You will need a tracking number when you mail the item for compliance reasons.
